When it comes to standing out on The X Factor, few people manage it better than Nicole Scherzinger.
But the former Pussycat Dolls star found herself upstaged by her fellow judge Sharon Osbourne on Saturday night's show, when the 61-year-old unveiled her stunning new look.
Sharon looked incredible in a clinging monochrome gown which highlighted her recent weight loss as she made her entrance onto The X Factor stage.
The mother-of-three teamed the dress, which featured a sexy cut-out detail on the chest, with peep-toe heels and diamond drop earrings.
The optical illusion style of the gown, which featured a long train, flattered Sharon's feminine shape and hugged her curves in all the right places.
Meanwhile, Nicole, 35, failed to impress as much as her previous outfits have, sticking to a simple, if slightly fussy red dress.
While the Hawaiian-born star can rarely put a foot wrong when it comes to her fashion choices, the dress just couldn't compete with Sharon's eye-catching number.
Nicole finished off her look by wearing her brunette hair in a high top knot with a slight quiff at the front.
Previously, Nicole had tweeted her thanks for the items she was wearing, writing: 'Tonight I'm wearing Sean Couture dress and Jagga and VitaFede Jewellery.'
Nicole recently revealed that she looks up to Sharon – who sits on the panel with her, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh – as her 'mama'.
She added: 'I love Sharon. She's amazing – she's the mama. I look up to her. [With] Mrs O. back the energy is different [to last year’s series].'
